because my great ideas from #104 were a bit flawed, and the dry run tests didn't catch these errors...
i had removed some
needs: ...between release tasks, but e.g.aur-mommyneeds a tag to refer to, but if therelease-aurtask doesn'tneedtherelease-mommytask (which creates the tag), then the script obviously can't run!and also fixes #114~
